SERVICES<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>DEFINITIONS:<\/b><\/p><p><b><br \/><\/b>Oh my Fi SAS: It is the developer company of the OhmyFi platform; specialized in business intelligence services, digital marketing, advertising, information capture and communication through Internet access through WiFi in commercial establishments.<\/p><p>USER(S): Any person who is close to the commercial establishment that has WiFi points associated with OhmyFi and connects to the WiFi through their device.<\/p><p>CLIENT(S): Any company with a commercial purpose that implements the OhmyFi platform on the WiFi points of its establishment or that promotes itself in it.<\/p><p>OhmyFi&#8217;s services are governed by the following clauses:<\/p><ul><li>FIRST: The Internet Service has no cost for the USER (with the exception of some CLIENT(S) who charge their USERS for the service), since Oh my Fi SAS does not charge the USER who is inside the Establishment any annual or monthly fee for access to the customized platform for the Commercial Establishment.<\/li><li>SECOND: In an Internet connection using WiFi, the data transfer speed cannot be guaranteed by Oh my Fi SAS or the CLIENT.<\/li><li>THIRD: The CLIENT expressly accepts without exception that access to and use of the Merchant&#8217;s personalized platform is under their sole and exclusive responsibility.<\/li><li>FOURTH: Although Oh my Fi SAS has implemented all measures to guarantee security, it does not control, nor guarantee, the absence of malicious software, or other elements in the contents of the personalized platform of the Commercial Establishment that may cause alterations in the computer system (equipment or programs) of the USER. Oh my Fi SAS is exempt from any liability for data and damages of any nature that may be due to the presence of malicious software in the contents that may cause alterations in the system.<\/li><li>FIFTH: Oh my Fi SAS makes available to USERS and their CLIENT(S), the personal data privacy systems (Habeas Data) that prevent access by third parties. In this sense, Oh my Fi SAS is exempt from all liability for the data and for the damages caused in the event of such access or misuse by the CLIENT.<\/li><li>SIXTH: If the USER who is inside the Commercial Establishment, does not agree with the content of these general conditions of navigation, he\/she must leave the OhmyFi platform of the Commercial Establishment, without being able to access or dispose of the services offered.<\/li><li>SEVENTH: OHMYFI does not exercise control, nor does it assume any responsibility for the content published by the CLIENT on the platform, by virtue of the above the CLIENT may not host any system or component that is related to sex, violence, pornography or child pornography content.<\/li><\/ul><p><i>Last modified March 13, 2020. <\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OH MY FI S.A.S.
