This privacy policy describes the information that OhmyFi collects through the services available on our website (www.ohmyfi.co), WiFi access points of OhmyFi and its customers, and other websites owned by, or operated by OhmyFi that adhere to this policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), through our plans and services, and how we use that information. Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Date and Place of Birth, Place of Residence, Contacts, Acquaintances or Friends, Interests, Traceability of Interests, Traceability of Clicks or Actions on the OhmyFi platform, customs and habits of visits, places frequented, times of stay, Information that you provide and authorize through email accounts and social networks, Identification of the Device from which it connects, Operating System; Financial information, such as credit card number; Website and platform usage information including information about your Internet service provider, browser type, domain name, IP address, the website that may have linked you to OhmyFi, the web pages you request, the date and time of such requests, and the entry and exit points. The collection of information about the use of the OhmyFi website or platform is described in more detail herein. Our collection of website usage information may involve the use of cookies and pixel tags. Information related to your employment, such as may be found on resumes, applications, background check information, or in employment references.
When you connect to our company or partners’ WiFi hotspots, we collect information about your behavior on the platform.
OhmyFi may also collect aggregated data, which is data from which a person’s identity cannot be determined.
OhmyFi may use personal information provided verbally or in writing (including by electronic means) by customers in order to:
Respond to customer service inquiries, submit your comments or statements on any blog or other online forum maintained on the site, or take other action in response to your inquiries and other online activities; Create personalized promotions by combining your personal information with your non-personal information, such as the quantities and types of purchases you make or any other benefits you receive through your own, partner, customer, or third-party marketing programs.
Communicate with you about your account at ohmyfi.co, OhmyFi accounts of customers and/or partners, a contest or sweepstakes you have entered, a request for more information or a blog or any post in an online forum; Communicate with you about our brands, products, services, events or other promotional purposes, including our own or third party (customer/partner/other) brand offerings, if you have opted in to receive such communications, either by providing us with your email address on the ohmyfi.co, on our WiFi/OhmyFi hotspots, or because you selected communication preferences when signing up for an account ohmyfi.co or participate in a loyalty and marketing program. You may opt out of receiving marketing information at any time by changing your communication preference settings, following the unsubscribe links in any marketing operation sent to you.
We may arrange for Marketing and Promotions options from other companies to be sent to you, but only if you have indicated in your communication preferences that you are interested in receiving these types of communications.
We may also share information with our customers who have OhmyFi WiFi hotspots, business representatives, and companies that provide support services to us (such as credit card processors, mailhouses, or Internet hosts), who help us market our products and services (such as email marketers), or our strategic partners (partners). These companies may need information about you in order to perform their functions. These companies are not authorized to use the information we share with them for any other purpose.
We may disclose specific information at the request of the government, in response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our corporate policies, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others. In addition, if you participate in our platform, a blog, or other online forum on our site, any personal information you post on the website may be shared with other forum participants. In any of these situations, the recipient of the personal information may be located in the United States or another jurisdiction that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws of your home country. In the event of the sale of some or all of our business, OhmyFi may disclose personal information to individuals involved in the transfer of all or part of the goods or business. If such an event occurs, OhmyFi will guarantee that the recipient will treat your personal information as described in this policy.

OhmyFi strives to ensure that any personal information provided and held by us is as accurate, up-to-date, and complete as necessary for the purposes for which we use it.
If you have registered for an account on ohmyfi.co or at one of our WiFi/OhmyFi points, you can modify your profile by making a request through the MAC Address of your device or email if you have already registered it on the platform.
OhmyFi allows the viewing and review of the Personal Information we hold about an individual by the data subject. OhmyFi reserves the right to refuse access to personal information where the information requested:
Disclose the personal information of another person or a deceased person;
Disclose confidential business information that may harm OhmyFi or a third party’s competitive position;
It is information subject to professional secrecy;
It could reasonably result in serious harm to the treatment or recovery of the data subject, serious moral injury to the person or a third party, or serious physical injury to another person; emotional, serious injury to the person or another person or serious bodily harm to another person;
May damage or interfere with the law enforcement and other investigative or regulatory functions of a body authorized by law to carry out those functions;
is not readily recoverable and the burden or cost of providing it would be disproportionate to the nature or value of the information, or
It does not exist, is not in the possession of, and cannot be found by OhmyFi. In cases where information is prohibited or cannot be disclosed, the requestor will be provided with the reasons for the non-disclosure.
In those cases where information is disclosed, we will do our best to provide the relevant information within a reasonable time and at most within 90 days of your request.
We will not respond to repetitive or annoying access requests. In determining whether a request is repetitive or annoying, factors such as the frequency with which the information is updated, the purpose for which the information is used, and the nature of the information will be taken into account.

Neither OhmyFi, nor its designee to collect or process your personal information, will collect or process data considered sensitive.
Sensitive data is all that affects the privacy of the owner or whose improper use may generate discrimination, such as racial, ethnic, political, religious or philosophical orientation.
The WiFi/OhmyFi hotspot platform and ohmyfi.co are public sites that are designed to collect personal information from all types of people, including children under 13 years of age. If you are a person under the age of 13 and provide information, please let us know by emailing [email protected], with the subject: DATA OF MINORS and provide your personal data to unsubscribe it from our Databases including the MAC Address of the device from which you have accessed our website or WiFi/OhmyFi point platform, in order to respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, minors under 13 years of age should not provide any personal information on this Site and the platform. We ask parents to supervise their children while they are online.
In the processing of personal information of young people between 13 and 18 years of age, OhmyFi will ensure the prevalence of the rights of minors and will follow the guidelines established in Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other applicable regulations for this type of personal data.
